Mrs Starkey Posted July 5, 2016 Report Share Posted July 5, 2016 Hey! I'm 31 mum of 4 and started this programme 4 weeks ago and today finished w5d3! I was really worried about this run but been telling myself for 2 days I can do it and I did! 4 weeks ago I struggled to run for 60 seconds today did 20min straight!! I think that's the best part of this program- you don't have to think about it, you just do what the app tells you to do. Busybee630 Posted July 6, 2016 Report Share Posted July 6, 2016 I am 38 and a mom of 3, I just finished week 1 and already can tell the difference. At the end of day 1 I almost couldn't finish, but was able to finish day 3 with ease. It's really nice to read all the encouragement from others and see that this program works!
