Nutritional tips to NOT lose weight

hi I just downloaded the C25K app to try and get some exercise in my life but I'm NOT looking to lose weight. I'm already a pretty slim individual and I eat "normally" so I'm scared doing this program might make me skinnier. Does anyone have some tips on what kind of diet I should do in order to not lose weight during this? Thanks!

One of my biggest disappointments was that running (or other types of physical activities) did not give me weight loss. I also need to change my eating habits. Do not worry, any loss can easy be compensated  by one or two  slices of pizza  ;) .

In fact if your body is lean and you grow some muscles you could gain some pounds.
