8bitdee Posted May 15, 2016 Report Share Posted May 15, 2016 hi I just downloaded the C25K app to try and get some exercise in my life but I'm NOT looking to lose weight. I'm already a pretty slim individual and I eat "normally" so I'm scared doing this program might make me skinnier. torus_ot Posted May 16, 2016 Report Share Posted May 16, 2016 One of my biggest disappointments was that running (or other types of physical activities) did not give me weight loss. I also need to change my eating habits. Do not worry, any loss can easy be compensated by one or two slices of pizza .
