RetiredOp Posted April 16, 2016 Report Share Posted April 16, 2016 I finished Week 1 Day 2 today. I took a day off in between and didn't have the lactic acid miserable burn with stiffness. I'm also on vacation in FL, so the weather is agreeable. I just need to do this every other day. I've already signed up for a 5K fun run for my capstone. I'm sure I should do something on the no run days, I just haven't figured out what yet. At least a pair of running shoes always fits in a suitcase. Good luck on your progress, and I usually walk at least 3 miles, or do some good biking on a "off" day.
