Missed a week

     I missed a week while on vacation.  No excuses, just got lazy and very concerned about running at altitude.  (Vacay in CO).  I tried to pick up where I left off.  I left off at my first run of 20 minutes and couldn't do anything close to that.  Question is at what point should I start back?  Week 5, day 1, week 4 day 1?  Just trying to find the best way to get back into the grove of things.  Thanks!!
