CherryCherry5
Hello! CherryCherry5 here! I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I just did day one, and I nearly died. Why do people enjoy running?!? Lordy! I actually cheated and had to stop for a full minute because I was afraid I might pass out. I stretched and caught my breath then started up again, but I walked through the last 2 "run intervals. So, technically, I did not reach my goal. But I just couldn't keep running, so I opted to just keep moving. My head was pounding and my throat was raw. Now, I keep coughing. I will keep doing day one until I can complete it properly before moving on to day 2. I am going to keep running, but I hate it.
blayne
I think everybody has a love-hate relationship with running. Keep trying. Dont quit. El.Rolyat
El.Rolyat
I walked for 30 minutes every day for about three months before attempting the running! I don't think I would have managed starting with the running without that initial exercise. Perhaps try doing it a little slower? Either way, good luck (and don't give up)
