SaraJo1986 Posted March 23, 2016 Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 I was looking at my C25k program and looks like I'm only running 3 days a week...do I cross-train or take rest days for the other 4 days? Abutler Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 I have completed the C25K already, ran two 5K in March and getting ready to start 10K training. I decided to add some cross training too and it has really helped wig endurance. Definitely be sure to have a rest day or two. My legs don't feel so fatigued when I do that.
