Since the new year I have had a complete change in mindset of getting into shape and eating well. So far so good that I have lost 2 stone! I have started week 5 of the running program today for the 10k but it's the first time I have struggled with my calf muscles being really tight and painful that I had to stop. I've had this app on my phone for close ro a year and want to drop 20-30 lbs and just get in shape. What is and good warm up before starting day one, week run? I'm CLUELESS!
