Using c25k to train for sprint

Hello all, I'm Rosie, I'm training for a Sprint triathlon, I'm a true beginner, not only really overweight but haven't ran since is had my knee completely replaced when I was 12. Now 31 years old, I'm really overweight. I am a proud mother of 4 amazing little men, and wife to an amazing man. Since I haven't ran in a while, umm be using this program as well as other beginner programs for swimming and biking. I'm so excited today is my first day, I will be swining 100 yards and walking 30 minutes
