I'm trying to get back in shape and lose some weight just because this is the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life (I also want to be at a healthy weight because my husband and I want to plan for a baby). Just completed week 1 day 1, and it definitely was not as hard as I was telling myself it was going to be! Hoping my muscle memory kicks in and my stamina comes back quickly!!
