Getting back into it

Hi! I'm 26 years old and used to be a long distance runner all during high school. I'm trying to get back in shape and lose some weight just because this is the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life (I also want to be at a healthy weight because my husband and I want to plan for a baby).


Just completed week 1 day 1, and it definitely was not as hard as I was telling myself it was going to be! Hoping my muscle memory kicks in and my stamina comes back quickly!!
