Becc Posted March 14, 2016 Report Share Posted March 14, 2016 So I've been training the last few months after having my third baby, but just signed up here. and looking over the first few days/weeks of C25K I know I can already accomplish them given how I've already trained. Should I skip, or do them anyway to make later on easier?
