KaRob
Hi. A little background. I'm 48, disabled with RA, Lupus, degenerative disc disease. Several knee surgeries, 2 lower back, 1 cervical spine last September. In 2014 I lost 80# following a ketogenic woe, and have kept it off. I'm hoping my body can tolerate this, and I'm really hoping for some energy. I'm exhausted every day due to my health issues. I take care of 2 sets of aging parents, husband, grown kids when needed, it's time to take care of me! For the first time in my life. I'm an RN and taking care of everyone else is what I do! Love the support I see here. I think I'm going to need it. Sorry so long, thanks for listening!
NeverGiveUp
Listen to your body. If brisk walking works best for you, do that. Get good running shoes and drink plenty of water. Schedule this time so you don't get busy taking care of everyone else. You deserve to feel better!
