Badger2000 Posted January 29, 2016 Report Share Posted January 29, 2016 Hello, I started using the 5k trainer back in late 2014 and made it to about week 4 and then went on hiatus when I moved and never got back into it, I started again yesterday and it is now kicking my butt just doing day one lol I hope that this time I may complete it and this time I am going for the 10k. Jdavis Posted January 29, 2016 Report Share Posted January 29, 2016 I began yesterday as well. I didn't think I could finish the second rubbing session. I kept my head up and fight the urge to quit.
