Flee Posted January 26, 2016 Report Share Posted January 26, 2016 I had the mindset that I wouldn't be able to do week 4 day 1. Guess what?! I couldn't. My calves tightened up so bad not only did I stop to walk, but I stopped and just sat on the ground holding my calves in agony. It finally subsided and I could stand again so I just repeated week 3 but had a VERY hard time. Anyone else have this happen before? Feeling discouraged now. I thought week 4 day 1 was a mistake, week 3 was only 9 mins running, and week 4 is 16! Then it goes down to 15 mins in week 5. My left calf is like a rock, and my ankles hurt too. I did the first 3/5/3 but could not do the last 5 so I walked it as fast as I could. Seems like that is a HUGE jump from week 3. Not sure what to do. I don't want to set myself up for failure.
