Calves tightened up. Major fail.

I had the mindset that I wouldn't be able to do week 4 day 1. Guess what?! I couldn't. My calves tightened up so bad not only did I stop to walk, but I stopped and just sat on the ground holding my calves in agony. It finally subsided and I could stand again so I just repeated week 3 but had a VERY hard time. Anyone else have this happen before? Feeling discouraged now.

I just finished week 4 day 1 and it was a fail. I did the first 3/5/3 but could not do the last 5 so I walked it as fast as I could. Seems like that is a HUGE jump from week 3. Not sure what to do. I don't want to set myself up for failure. Feeling very discouraged and questioning whether I can really do this. Any suggestions?
