Mahey Posted October 25, 2015 Report Share Posted October 25, 2015 Hi everyone! Believe it or not but I have never written in any forum before so just bear with me. I am 5'1 and weigh about 55 kgs. I want to lose 5kgs. I've been trying to lose weight using My fitness pal and FitBit. I just recently came across this app and want to give it a shot. My question is that I live in an area where I can't go outside to jog. Would it be okay if I just jog inside my house? I use Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds - it's basically power walking and I walk at the same spot without moving anywhere. I was wondering if I could jog the same way. Jogging at the same spot, rather than going outside and doing it. And if it's okay to do that, will this affect my weight loss? Please do reply back. I would love to get some feedback.
