Mrs. Mac Posted September 14, 2015 Report Share Posted September 14, 2015 I've completed the whole 8 wk program and am trying to work on my endurance for a 5k in mid October. My plantar fasciitis just flared up again and I'm so discouraged. I just bought new inserts for my tennis shoes but wondering if I should keep training 3 times a week still. Any suggestions? Itsallworthit Posted September 14, 2015 Report Share Posted September 14, 2015 Do you run on road or on tracks.. I suffered with the same problem and it was found to be a terrain issue. The inserts I have now where supplied by the Physio and I've found I need to change them even every few months and so far everytime I have changed them the physios have altered the set up.
