BMac05 Posted September 13, 2015 Report Share Posted September 13, 2015 I'm not a runner whatsoever so getting back into it after all these years has been a challenge. I have a 5 k in about a week. My goal is just to get through it, regardless of time, by jogging and not stopping to walk. My speed at the moment is VERY slow.
