Hello Everyone....

My journey began a couple months ago at 256 lbs. I wake up most days at 5 am to get a quick 2 miles (walking) in before waking up the kids. Currently, I am anywhere between 242-244lbs... Recently, I've added a few bursts of jogging in. I am hoping this app is the boost of motivation and accountability that I need to keep it up. My goal is get down to 185 and sign up/complete a 5k.
