Christinapapou Posted August 9, 2015 Report Share Posted August 9, 2015 No you shouldn't eat the calories. Exercising is suppose to help you lose weight. When you eat your calorie intake for the day depending on what you have programmed it at then you will lose that weight with that (1lbs or 2a week,...) Exercising will help you lose an extra pound or so depending how much you do in a week. Exercising is also suppose help your metabolism and get you toned, fit, and healthier. Also remember to do weight every other day to help your muscles continue to burn calories even when you're not exercising. I would also ask a dietician or Dr that might have the right answer for you.
