The harder you keep at it the better your results will be. You probably spend much more time a day sleeping or eating or sitting. It's only 30 mins and it will get you back in shape! Be greatful to it!

The other day I did not want to get up and run...but I did, and I never regret doing it. 

 

Don't focus on what you're at right now... The Zen Labs FB page posted a pic today that said "The first step of getting anywhere is deciding you are not willing to stay where you are"

 

Keep at it, don't give up. I've been in your shoes. My wife and I did the program together as well...it helps to have an accountability partner.
