Is it okay to still walk or run for another 5-10 minutes? Second... Is it okay to do more than 3 days a week? I feel like doing it 6-7 days... My body burns out if I do more than three days in a row so thats awesome. I'm not sure about the warm up and cool down I dont think there's a way to change it but admin has a question area on the forums where you can ask. Johns warrior most do every other day because they need a day to rest their muscles (or a day to strength train) im between. You can do three days straight if that's what works for you.
