I'm a woman who has about 100lbs to lose. Am I too heavy to do this program? Today I did week two's day 1. It was very hard. Hopefully that is normal. Timb113 Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 Nicole, my suggestion is to not repeat until you try a day and cannot complete it. Don't repeat just because a day was pretty hard. I'm into week 11 and none of them have been "easy," but the feeling of doing more than I thought possible does not get old with each week. There is no such thing as too heavy to do this program. You've already gotten to week 2, so you can do it! Keep up the hard work, it will all be worth it. And, as I've learned, don't just look at weight lost, but being healthy. I haven't lost a lot of weight, as I'd hoped to, but my clothes are fitting much better.
