A week ago I finished the c25 program,and tried to start the c10,but I'm not ready So I'm going to ask: can I improve the number of training days in the week (for example 5 days) instead of improving the length of the training? Will it be useful?I'm going to run only because I need to lose weight,in fact thanks to this program I lost 8 kg in 2 months. Just know that your endurance will stay at that point until your ready to move on to a longer distance. For sure stay there until your comfortable to move on.
