Conifer Posted July 5, 2015 Report Share Posted July 5, 2015 Hey, I'm worried about starting week 4. I am really winded during the 3 minute runs in week 3. I can just barely do it. I have been working on my breathing, but I'm not there yet. Any tips to help keep my breathing in check so that I can run for a linger period of time or does this just take time and practice to do?
