Erikastrain
It's been an on and off dream of mine to be a runner. Always hated cardio, love working out (bodyweight, weights) but rarely get off my butt to do it. I was been in a running group once, and tried to start running a few times, but never stuck with it. The last time, I gave up after one or two outings because I developed patelofemoral syndrome. I started c2k again today. I need to make this happen! I'm scared that pain will side line me once again. I don't know how to breathe, I think my gait is off, I get winded so easily! Help!
Batgirl
Check out the Running Tips section. There's a great post in there in Breathing. I began Beginner Yoga once a week to learn how to breath into my muscles. I love what Yoga adds to my body.
