Kells Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 I just started eating all the way like I should on the 11th. My biggest issue was sweets. I've been doing push ups and eating right but I haven't lost a pound yet. So I decided yesterday to start walking. Any ideas anyone that may can help burn pounds. Ariel Detonation Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 Getting your metabolism going, and keeping it steady throughout the day will help. Try to eat breakfast within half an hour of waking up, and try eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals. Kells Posted May 28, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 I do a smoothis usually in the morning on the way to work, I snack on carrots or chex mix during snack time and do a smoothie for lunch and dinner too sometimes and water. Try building muscle in other areas as well when you strength train because muscle helps burn fat and keep it off. Exercises that work your core and legs are a great way to round off a work out.
