amay0926 Posted May 14, 2015 Report Share Posted May 14, 2015 My sister and I are wanting to get into shape and try to complete a 5k in august. I recently 7 weeks ago had a c-section and have been released from Dr to start working out lightly and running. Does anyone have any advice on other exercises I could be doing to help my progress!! I have thought about looking into yoga but was unsure if it would be ok to do because of the core muscles that are used. I think I will start with a begginers class to start with.
