I'm new to running and a bit intimidated with the longer running intervals. I used to be 250lbs at my heaviest. With diet and exercise I was able to loose 100lbs. Recently my life has changed and I've been under a lot of stress. I have started gaining weight again and am disappointed in myself for putting 10lbs back on. I don't want to loose control and weigh what I used to again. Food has always been a comfort for me. I am starting this C25K to push myself to levels I never thought possible. I'm excited but nervous. So glad I found this app.

Hey Mary this app has been amazing for me and im sure with your second week or before you will love it! Just hang in there and believe in yourself. I also use food as comfort but i try to keep it healthy. I love pasta so now im eating zucchini noodles instead! There are healthy alternatives to everything we love to eat. Best of luck!
