Guest Mary Posted August 19, 2014 Report Share Posted August 19, 2014 I'm new to running and a bit intimidated with the longer running intervals. I used to be 250lbs at my heaviest. With diet and exercise I was able to loose 100lbs. Recently my life has changed and I've been under a lot of stress. I have started gaining weight again and am disappointed in myself for putting 10lbs back on. I don't want to loose control and weigh what I used to again. Food has always been a comfort for me. Just hang in there and believe in yourself. I also use food as comfort but i try to keep it healthy. I love pasta so now im eating zucchini noodles instead!
