Hunniex2 Posted July 1, 2014 Report Share Posted July 1, 2014 I completed the C25k app last summer and it felt amazing! My goal this summer is to finish the C210k program. So far so good. I lost 40 pounds last summer, but still have another 40 to go. I'm just hoping I can drop another 10-20 running 10k's. I couldn't be happier with how healthy I'm becoming because of these programs. NikkiRuns Posted July 2, 2014 Report Share Posted July 2, 2014 It's been rewarding physically because I can see a difference in my endurance and my waist line. But the scale has remained the same.
