Hi, I'm 39, overweight, out-of-shape, and new to running. I have a goal of trying to be a fitter me by my 40th birthday (next March). For the last month, I've been taking 5 mile walks every other day and working with weights. I registered for a half marathon in November, and just did my first 5k this past Sunday (although I fast walked most of it). I discovered this app and want to use it to train for more 5k's and work towards getting myself ready for the half marathon by November.
