Guest Jennifer Posted August 11, 2014 Report Share Posted August 11, 2014 I'm 31 years old and I hated running. I would get side cramps all the time and stop running. I re-started the C25k app 4x before I even got to week 3. I finally made a commitment and started once again. I feel so much better physically and I have more energy on the days I run. I learned that if you exhale on your left foot - the cramps subside. I heard it - laughed and it worked! I ran my first 5K last Thursday (with my friend who has ran 40 marathons to date and did 3 triathlons ) and I beat her by 5min! My time was 30:34 I am so proud of myself !
