Slow and steady, dont worry we all started some where but you will be surprised how quickly it becomes an addiction! My advice invest in some great shoes, if you can swing it theyre totally worth it. Debi MK Posted April 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2015 Thanks! I bought a pair of Under Armor running shoes. I am fortunate to have small feet and we at boys sneakers so good sneakers are a bit cheaper for me! I started today with this plan, but could only do 15 minutes. It's OK with me, I have to remember that I can't go from no exercise to running a marathon over night. Plus I have MS so I have to be careful.
