  1. Hi! I could complete 15 minutes of day 1! I am starting from zero exercise so I think 1/2 is good. Plus I am 100 pounds overweight.
  2. Thanks! I bought a pair of Under Armor running shoes. I am fortunate to have small feet and we at boys sneakers so good sneakers are a bit cheaper for me! I started today with this plan, but could only do 15 minutes. It's OK with me, I have to remember that I can't go from no exercise to running a marathon over night. Plus I have MS so I have to be careful.
  3. Hi! I started running this week using suggestions from "Runners World", but I got this app and it seems better. I am 100 pounds overweight so it's slow going for me. I really want to run though, I think it will help a lot!
