SaraKae Posted March 28, 2015 Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 So, I hate running. With a passion. I've been wanting/needing to do something to loose weight/get healthy, so I recently joined a gym. I just downloaded this c25k app, and I did day 1 week 1 tonight at the gym on the elliptical. Has anyone else done this program on the elliptical? What were your results? Scorpia27 Posted March 28, 2015 Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 I've used an elliptical due to my doctor's orders since it's easier on my knee. I still can maintain the same speeds for walking and jogging on it with less stress on my knee. I hope this helps you out in your question .... best luck to you on the program!
