Overthehill
Finished week 5 today...20 minutes non-stop run. Seriously dreaded day 3 but I nailed it first try. I can't believe just a few short weeks ago I couldn't run for 60 seconds! BUT this 58 year old lady with about 20 extra pounds hanging on, is doing it! And I'm not going to stop! Loving it! Overthehill
Thanks TrishE... Yes it is, at least for me! I'm so excited that I can't wait for Week 6! Hope it all keeps going well! My daughter keeps telling me it's all psychological...mind over matter and I agree. I just need to keep psyching myself up for each run. Have a great week/weekend. Guest TrishE
It truly is. Running is hugely mental which is what a lot people struggle with, including myself. Its hard to convince your mind that you can push your body a good ways and not pass out haha
