When starting the 10k app, should I start at week 1 or skip to week 9? Question 2: any tips on getting motivated to take on the next level? I'm stuck in a comfort zone of 2-3 miles per day. I figured that since weeks 1-8 on C25K and on the 10K trainer were the same, it was if I had been doing the program using the 10k app the whole time.
