Lioness1985
Hi All, As the title suggests I'm a complete newbie to running, I decided that I'd take the bull by the horns and give it a go! I'm pleased to say that I started my running journey a couple of days ago, and so far so good! I completed day 2 (albeit on another app) today and feel great. I have small twinges in my thighs that, if I'm honest, ache ever so slightly. Tomorrow is a rest day for me and i shall cherish it dearly. Good luck to all who are starting out upon their own personal journeys of running discovery, I hope you, like me, enjoy it and maximise the endless possibilities that it will undoubtedly bring into the new chapter of your life!! Peace out Lioness TheRoseWithin~Shannon
Azatol
Congrats on beginning your journey. Muscle soreness is part of the game. It's hard to differentiate pain from muscle soreness though. If it hurts while you do it, that's usually pain. After the fact is usually soreness. We will see which it is in a day or two
