Charity run coming up

Hi all,

 

I have a 4k colour run this Sunday, just for fun and not timed. I completed week 2, run 1 last Sunday and will do runs 2 and 3 this week, so would be due to do week 3, run 1 on Sunday. I didn't find the 90 seconds *too* hard, although the last 2 were quite a lot of mind over matter!

 

Just wondering what you guys might suggest for the fun run on Sunday. Doing the wk3r1 would not get my 4k (I'm going very slowly!) so would it be better to just do more repetitions of less time? Maybe 2mins on, 2 mins off? I'll obviously play it by ear, but I do like to have a plan going in and wondered what you guys might suggest?
