With my schedule, waking up early and running in the morning is the only way I can get my workouts in consistantly. Once the time changed and it was really dark, and getting colder, at 5:30 in the morning, and the bed was nice and toasty warm, I had a lot of trouble getting up and actually slipped out of my routine.
