I have found it a whole lot easier to bouce off the foot you have on the ground. When you run think about who your doing this for and why your doing this Eather to lose weight or out run your older brother haha.

I just did my first 5k this weekend and I used this app to get me in the mindset. The best advice I can give is just be proud of yourself for every little step you take. I didn't have a great time when I finished the 5k but I finished and that was my goal. So celebrate all the wins.
