dabains1993 Posted July 16, 2014 Report Share Posted July 16, 2014 Hi, New to this site but not to c25k, started in March and have been running 3 miles, 3x week for over a month, love the program! I am running my first 5k on Sat. I normally would run today, but thought to wait til tomorrow then a two day rest before the 5k. I guess my question is every other day ok before a race or an extra day rest? Does it matter? I am on week 9 day 2 of c210k and my legs ACHE the day after a run. Advice appreciated!
