cleanqueen11727
I am an avid gym person. Take classes Monday- Friday , sometimes two a day. I watch what I eat and I find the more I work out the more the scale goes up. What gives??
Beatleknight
Sounds like you are gaining muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. Then again you may be overtraining. That's a common mistake and eventually leads to fatigue. Many people quit working out due to this. Try cutting back on your training to half of your current routine. MåRíA
Are you drinking enough water - half your weight in ounces? Are you eating enough healthy calories to support the training you do? And can you find progress in other areas - clothes? More reps? Stronger? The scale is just a number.
