  1. Hi All I am just starting out on this journey and was looking for some help. I am a fairly rotund guy (FAT), but really want to lose weight and gain endurance. I have a 11yo son who I really want to be able to go out and jog with. I am only on week 1 but finding that my legs are really starting to cramp on about run 5 of 8, will this start to go the more I run or is there something I can do to help with the cramp? Any advice is greatfully appreciated. Thanks
  2. hey everyone! i plan on starting this on monday (10/12/2015) since i work 16 hours tomorrow and can't fathom running before or after. i'm new to this app and was wondering if you suggest doing any kind of cardio or other strength training exercises on the off days for the c210k program? thanks!
