  1. Hello all! I am a 37 year old father of two active boys. I have been inactive for about 15 years. I started the C25K app about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I am running more frequently than the 3 days a week and so I am in the 6th week of the program. Two days ago I did the 20 minute non-stop run. Whew! That was exciting! I am am so happy that I found this program. It makes it so much easier to know what to do so that I don't over do things. I've tried before and pretty quickly overdid it and hurt myself (not bad) and quit. I would have never believed you if you told me a month ago that I would be able to run for 20 minutes non stop! It feels good!! Does anyone one have any advice for me? Am I over doing things by having only skipped 2 days so far this month? I hope not - I really enjoy running. Im about to get a camelbak so I can drink water while I run. I'm typically going about 2 1/2 miles at s time right now. Working up to a 5k and then who knows. Any suggestions on what to watch out for on CamelBak? Is there a brand that's just as good but cheaper? someone told me to make sure I tie my shoes correctly for my stride. Any idea what that means?
