This is probably a stupid question, but it isn't clear to me what I'm supposed to do during the the cool-down and the last minute. I just did week 2 / day 1 of 26.2 Pro, and the final sequence was walk -> cool-down -> then last minute. Do I continue walking during the cool-down? What about the last minute? Somewhere I got the impression that you push a little harder in the last minute.
It's probably all explained somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.
