  1. Today is the day I completed my first day 1, it's simply awesome.
  2. Well I've already started week 1 of the 10K journey and feeling pretty good about myself. Quick question is how often should I be training. It says Week 2 Day 1 all the way up to day 3. What I was doing for the first week was just doing each of the "days" in the app twice and then resting on the Sunday. Am I doing it right or should I be resting after each workout day in the app. Some help would be greatly appreciated!
  3. I've tried other apps in the past, and just jogging on my own, but every time the same thing stops me. I notice that my "jogging" is slower than my "walking" and I can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. If I speed up, I almost instantly become tired. If I continue at my slow hop/walk/jog pace, I lose almost all my motivation because I get so self-conscious. I don't know if i'm just out of shape or what. Any suggestions?
