  1. Hi I started this challenge as a way to improve my health mentally and physically. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for over 40 years and am finding the control harder as I get older so decided to mess it up even more by trying this out. I keep starting week 3 and having to pause for my diabetes to settle but I am hoping this week will be the one where I get to the end. Also realised I need to limit the number of wines I have before a morning run. So determined and positive and loving life x

I'm 26 with a 3 year old and no real motivation to work out like I used to but I'm clearly unhappy and a emotional eater I want to get back to the old me I know I'm young but I had a daughter and was going threw a lot jest praying for some motivation that kinda have the same goals as me is to live better and have a great body to show for it I would like a virtual friend we can keep track and motivate each other to reach are goals I'm ready for a new me... Are you?!!!
  3. Hey everyone, Just did my first workout today with C25K and am excited to continue towards my goals. A little each day makes for a little closer to wear you want to be.
