"Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)" If I do 3/4 miles in 6 minutes, do I get the beep and move to the next part, or am I running 8 minutes regardless? I have the paid version so it should be able to track my distance. Thanks!!

So I've been using the C25K free app for a couple of weeks, just upgraded to the pro version, but want my data from the free version to migrate. How do you make this happen???
