  1. I am starting 100 pushups today. I made a bet that I could complete the program and do 100 pushups in 8 weeks from now. I can do 25 already. Do I still start on day 1 week ? It seems to easy, is that the best use of my time?
  2. If I csn already do 25 pushups do I still start on the first work out. It seems to easy any recommendations?
