Hi my name is Natasha and I started ck25 August and was doing well until I started running back to back days or sometimes doing the app and repeting it,doing 60min. Instead of 30. I then started having top of foot pain on right foot. At first I ignored the pain and kept running, until the pain was so bad I couldn't. I stayed off 8 days, then two nights I went for a run and my foot was o.k. Until the next morning . What could this be?
